The disc cartridge problem and how we solved it.
The disc cartridge is a small part, but it's the one that decides whether a CP fitting works. Twenty-five years ago, the market wasn't taking that seriously enough.
We saw the gap between what was being supplied and what the industry needed and set out to close it by manufacturing brass disc cartridges built to a higher standard.
That decision became our mission: solve real problems in the industry, not just meet a spec sheet. Twenty-five years later, it's still what drives every cartridge we make.

Our facility brings together modern manufacturing technology, skilled hands, and a workflow built for consistency at every stage. Every cartridge moves from raw material to finished product without cutting corners along the way. Positioned close to our raw material suppliers and key markets, we're equipped to deliver dependable quality with fast, reliable turnaround.
Precision starts with the right technology. It's sustained by the right location. And it scales through real access to people, materials, and markets.
Our skilled workforce operates the latest machinery imported from Switzerland, Japan, and China, enabling us to produce high-quality disc cartridges in large batches, at low cost.

Our plant is in Rajkot, giving us access to highly skilled workers, raw material suppliers, and a vast market.
Location
Rajkot's position gives us direct reach into a vast regional market, without adding unnecessary distance between factory and customer.
Connectivity to the Market
Our 2,200 sq. yd. plant handles bulk orders and performs every operation needed to convert raw material into a finished, QC-passed product.
